We'll take a few hours to see 6-10 homes so that you can understand what is available, at what price, and in which neighborhoods. We won't be looking to make an offer yet, it will just be a fun, no pressure way to learn about the market.

 

FIND YOUR HOME

After exploring the marketing we can narrow down your search and I will set up showings for homes that meet your criteria. At this point we will be ready to act quickly and be able to make a good offer on a house you like.

I’ll do a walk-through of your home and a market analysis of you neighborhood comparing similar homes that have sold recently. Then I create a report of your home’s positive selling points, and the negative aspects to be overcome.

We will create a list of things to do to create value and help your home sell quickly and for more money, have a photographer take pictures for the listing, and I will create a strategy to your home.

 

SELL

I’ll list your home, organize showings, receive offers, negotiate with potential buyers, coordinate inspections, close the deal and guide you through all the other little details to sell your house for a great price.
