ASSESS
I will do a walk-through of your home and complete a market analysis comparing similar homes that have sold recently. Then we will sit down for a listing consultation to talk through your home's positive selling points and the negative aspects we'll overcome together.
PREPARE
We will create a list of things to repair and things that can help maximize your home's value and help it sell quickly and for more money. We will also create a comprehensive media package to help market your home effectively.
SELL
I will list your home on the MLS, organize showings, create marketing material, receive offers, negotiate with potential buyers, coordinate inspections, close the deal. Every step of the way, I will guide you through all the other little details to sell your house for a great price.
